Responsible for creation of curriculum and training modules for national direct and indirect sales team.  Job responsibilities included National travel 10-14 days a month, training on the modules I had created.  Training topics include product, business, technology and sales based techniques.  Primary product training materials included Dedicated Servers, Complete Network Outsourcing, Load Balancing (LSLB, GSLB), Firewalls, Intrusion Detection / Prevention, Security professional services, Database Clustering, Managed Storage, Collaboration, and Application management and monitoring.  Technology training include those applicable to previous products and Web Languages, RAID, and application monitoring & management.

Junior Engineer within Operations and Network Engineering

Responsibilities include: LAN management, NT Server install, maintenance, and user management, Telco management including wiring and digital system cross connects.  As a Network Engineer I installed a fully redundant UPS system, wiring new large band circuits, working with inter-POP cross connects, installing routers, rewiring Telco connections, handling circuit load balancing for high bandwidth internet connections, rewiring data channels for switched networks and handling security concerns for collocated server space.  Finally I developed an online, fully functional database for inventory with Perl and SQL as well as becoming fluent in the necessity of documentation for new installations and system maintenance.

Duties included customer and employee relations. Responsible for training employee's computer input knowledge for Nordstrom point of entry system. Responsible for new system integration of existing computer database when Nordstrom changed POS (Point Of Sale) systems and training employees on new systems.
